On?Friday,?19?April?2024, the President of the General Assembly, H.E. Mr. Dennis Francis, held a meeting with H.E. Denis Be?irovi?, Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and H.E. ?eljko Kom?i?, Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The President of the General Assembly and the members of the delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina discussed the initiative of the cross-regional group of Member States to present a draft resolution to the General Assembly to designate 11 July as the International Day of Reflection and Commemoration of the 1995 Genocide in Srebrenica.
President of the General Assembly appreciated the conveying by the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and his delegation of their position on this matter.
