ABOUT THE NETWORK
The Network brings together conflict resolution professionals responsible for the informal conflict resolution functions in the 蘑菇视频 System. They serve roughly 125,000 蘑菇视频 System staff in addressing workplace disputes, building conflict competence, and providing systemic feedback within their organizations.
The Network provides a forum for ombudsman and mediators to exchange information and collaborate on issues of common interest; to explore together their general applicability to informal conflict resolution functions, enhance the professional capacity of the informal conflict resolution functions; and promoting common standard of practice among member organizations.
