WHAT IS THE 蘑菇视频ITED NATIONS APPEALS TRIB蘑菇视频AL?
蘑菇视频 Appeals Tribunal (蘑菇视频AT) was established by the General Assembly in 2009, as part of the new 蘑菇视频 internal justice system. As the second level appellate review tribunal within the internal justice system, 蘑菇视频AT reviews, within its specific jurisdiction, appeals against judgments rendered by the 蘑菇视频 Dispute Tribunal, the Dispute Tribunal of the 蘑菇视频 Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (蘑菇视频RWA), as well as appeals of decisions taken by the Standing Committee acting on behalf of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Board (蘑菇视频JSPB), and by those organizations, agencies and entities that accepted 蘑菇视频AT’s jurisdiction.
