The submission\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">draws the Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples\u2019 attention to irreparable harm posed by the exploitation of Palestinian natural resources and the imposition of foreign-led governance frameworks.\u202fAl-Haq stresses that Palestine is not in a post-conflict situation but\u00a0remains\u00a0under unlawful occupation.\u00a0It adds, \u201cAny attempt to impose foreign governance or exploit Palestinian natural resources under the guise of peace and reconstruction serves only to protect Israel\u2019s impunity and advance its settler-colonial ambitions\u00a0[\u2026]\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><span
