This October issue comes at a significant moment: 蘑菇视频 commemorates its 80th anniversary and the Pact and its annexes have just turned one year old. Since their adoption, implementation has become more challenging – born in a time of deep geopolitical division, those divisions have only grown. The 蘑菇视频 and many of our civil society partners are also facing resource constraints. These challenges have made implementation harder – but also more urgent and necessary. The past year has shown both the scale of the task and the growing momentum behind it.
